Great Resources:
DeviantArt : A source for some great stock photos and fonts...once you weed through all the other "art" located on the site.
StumbleUpon: Great for wasting time...but also finding resrouces for pretty much everything.
FavIcons: Makes FavIcons from pictures for use on your websites.
CSS Easy: A great and easy way to get a handle on your CSS..its helps at least.
CSS Cheat Sheet: Pretty much breaks it down barney style.
Fonttester: Makes testing fonts easy and fun...of course, its not always worth it since you can do the same thing in the program you would be using...lol
Web Developers Handbook: A pretty in depth tool...you'd have to dig to find something that you need, but its worth it I think. I have used this resource before.
Color Scheme Designer 3: With their latest edition, they have really made the site cleaner and easier to use. Choose from all the different color scheme options you learned about in school, and they give you the numbers for everything you could ever need. A great starting or ending place.
